Ms Liz is a warm personality and her rapport with children is excellent. Her knowledge of the subject is commendable. Her experiment with new strategies demonstrates the motivation and reflection about teaching and learning. She makes the lesson very interesting and interactive. Its not easy for someone to bring up the language level to meet with the peers. Ms Liz with her patience, understanding capability helped My son who was in higher grade to pick up the language with ease. Ms Liz would not rush on to completing the curriculum rather focus on what the student is learning and if he is able to capture the concept. Taking time and providing alternate ways and ensure that the student has indeed understood is what Ms Liz's strongest capability. Ms Liz concept is , Not only learning the language, but focusing on the vocabulary makes the student with strong basic language skill.
